Habe mir das Buch als Ergänzung zu meinem Lehrgang ITIL v3 Foundation geholt. Es ist sehr anschaulich geschrieben und beschreibt die Prozesse und Funktionen nach ITIL v3F sehr gut. Allerdings ist es nur ergänzend sinnvoll und nicht als reines Lehrbuch geeignet. Trotz seiner größe und den 160 Seiten Text dauert es schon, das ganze zu lesen und zu verinnerlichen. Ich hätte mir eine etwas größere Schrift und ein paar Probefragen gewünscht
Ich fand das Buch nicht gut. Es enthält durchaus alle relevanten Informationen über ITIL V3. Aber es kommt zu keinem richtigen Lesefluss. Es gibt wenig zusammenhängenden Text. Es wirkt alles eher wie eine Auflistung von Begriffen mit der dazugehörigen Erläuterung. Mag für den ein oder anderen passabel sein. Für mich war es das nicht. Nach - immerhin - 70 Seiten habe ich das Buch zur Seite gelegt. Ich habe mir ein anderes Buch gekauft, mit dem ich nun sehr zufrieden bin.
Ich wollte extra ein kleines Taschenbuch um die Dinge reduziert beschrieben bekommen. Das hat nicht funktioniert. Ohne ausreichendes Vorwissen ist dieses Buch nichts für Einsteiger. Zum nachschlagen von Definitionen wenn man bereits weiß worum es geht könnte es taugen.
Der Inhalt dieses Buches verrät nichts neues, was man nicht im Internet finden kann. Außerdem sind die Abbildungen so klein oder schlecht gedruckt, dass man sie kauf erkennen kann.Schade, ich habe mir etwas mehr von diesem Buch erwartet.
In seiner kompakten Form bringt dieses Taschenbuch erstaunlich viel Inhalt unter. Es bietet einen guten Überblick über ITIL V3 und eignet sich auch zur Vorbereitung auf die Foundation-Zertifizierung. Leider lässt es sich nicht zügig lesen, was zum Teil an umständlichen Formulierungen, vor allem jedoch an unzähligen Grammatikfehlern liegt. Hier wäre eine lektorierte Neuauflage wünschenswert, bei der auch die Schrift ein wenig größer sein könnte.
Hallo habe vor einiger zeit mir das Buch gekauft und zwei wochen Später die ITIL V3 Prüfung mit 95% Bestanden.War sehr hilfreich neben dem Kurs um Abends mal nach zuschlagen.
Für die Vorbereitung auf die Itil V3-Foundation-Schulung absolut ausreichend. Man erhält kurz und prägnant einen Überblick und ist in der Lage der Schulung locker zu folgen
Genau dass was ich gesucht habe ... handliches Format, alles zum Thema ITIL kurz zusammengefasst und das zu einem sehr günstigen Preis!!
